Service Agreement

By placing an order with Offerpoint, you agree to these terms and conditions. All services are provided subject to availability and our skilled tailors' professional judgment. We reserve the right to refuse service if the requested alteration is not feasible.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for services are quoted at the time of consultation. Payment is required in full upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes.

Alteration and Tailoring Guarantees

We strive for perfect fit and finish. If you are not satisfied with the result, please notify us within seven days of pickup. We will make reasonable adjustments at no additional charge. Alterations due to body changes after pickup are not covered.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and garment specifications. Any delays caused by incorrect information may result in additional charges. Garments left uncollected for more than 90 days may be considered abandoned.

Liability

Offerpoint is not liable for damages beyond the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing garment flaws, fabric deterioration, or colour fading. Our liability is limited to the value of the service rendered.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
