Service Satisfaction

We aim to provide the highest quality tailoring and alteration services. If you are not satisfied with the fit or finish of your garment, we offer complimentary adjustments within seven days of pickup. Please contact us to schedule a re-fit.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if we are unable to complete the requested service due to our error. No refunds will be given for garments altered according to your specifications, as each item is made to order. Custom-made garments (bespoke) are non-refundable unless defective.

Fabric and Materials

If you purchase fabric through us, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused, uncut fabric in original condition. Custom-cut fabric cannot be returned.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. We will notify you once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered for alteration services. For fabric purchases, exchanges may be arranged subject to availability and at our discretion.
